Toffee Apple Bread & Butter Pudding
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: preheat oven to 200°C fan / gas 7. Remove the outer film.

Place the pudding onto a baking tray and cover loosely with foil, bake in the centre of the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until hot throughout.

Remove the foil and finish in the oven for 2-3 minutes taking care not to singe the edges. Remove from the oven.

Allow to sit for 1-2 minutes before serving.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.

Bramley Apple & Raspberry Crumble
Cooking guidelines from frozen: preheat oven to 190°C / fan 170°C / gas 5. Remove outer film.

Carefully place each crumble, still in its ring, onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven.

Carefully transfer the crumble in its ring onto a plate, using a spatula as the ring doesn't have a bottom. Allow to rest for 3-5 minutes.

Using a knife, loosen the crumble from its ring. Carefully open and remove the ring and finish with your favourite accompaniment.

Apple & Gooseberry Crumble Tart
This product can be served hot or cold.

Defrosting guidelines: defrost at room temperature for 1-2 hours or in a refrigerator for 5-10 hours. This product is ready to serve once fully defrosted. Remove the collar before serving. Once defrosted cover and keep in the fridge and consume within 72 hours.

Heating guidelines from defrosted: preheat oven to 180°C / fan 160°C / gas 4. Remove outer film but leave in the paper collar.

Carefully place product onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in the centre of the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes until piping hot throughout Remove from the oven.

Allow to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving. Using a spatula carefully transfer the tart still in its collar, onto a plate. Remove the collar and serve.
