A crunchy base topped with a light, smooth frangipane combined with a fruit-laden mincemeat and sweet British apples. Serve with a vanilla whipped cream.

 

Cooking Instructions:
 
Apple & Mincemeat Frangipane
Preheat oven to 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 4. Remove all packaging, including the disk underneath.
Carefully place frangipane onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Cook for 40 minutes from frozen or 20 minutes from defrosted.

Remove from the oven. Carefully transfer the frangipane onto a plate, using a wide spatula.

Microwave (850w): Remove all packaging, including cake disk and place onto a microwavable dish and cook for 4½ minutes from frozen.

Ensure the product is piping hot throughout before serving. For best results slice with a serrated knife.
