Savour a fabulous Aberdeen Angus beef rib roast left on the bone and specially dry-aged for at least 35 days and finished using Himalayan salt for a deep, rich flavour and juicy texture. A luxurious, premium centrepiece for a roast dinner that's sure to make a lasting impression on your guests.
Each one of these roasts comes expertly hand-prepared by our most experienced Butchers, and will arrive with you in a presentation box with a hand-signed note from the Butcher that made it.
Then reduce oven temperature to 190ºC / fan 170ºC / gas 5 and continue cooking for:
Rare: 10-12 minutes per 450g (internal temperature: 45-47ºC)
Medium: 14-16 minutes per 450g (internal temperature: 55-60ºC)
Well done: 20-22 minute per 450g (internal temperature: 65 -70ºC)
Once your joint is cooked to your liking, remove from the oven.
Cover with foil and leave to rest for at least 20 minutes.
