Our Ribeye Steaks are nurtured from grass-fed, naturally reared British cattle. We are devoted to maintaining the traditional practices of maturation, letting these choice cuts age for a minimum of 35 days before cutting by hand. This patience and dedication to the craft are reflected in the result - a steak that is deeply flavourful and sumptuously tender.
One of the defining characteristics of Ribeye Steak is the generous marbling throughout. This not only contributes to the rich, full-bodied flavour but also ensures the steak remains succulent and juicy during cooking, offering you a mouth-watering experience with each bite.
Provided frozen to preserve the peak freshness and quality, the steaks in our Ribeye selection are as perfect for a weekday treat as they are for a special occasion. Crafted with care, skill, and an unwavering dedication to excellence, our Ribeye Steaks exemplify the quality and taste that is synonymous with Donald Russell.


Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove the steak from its packaging, allow the meat to come to room temperature for 20 minutes, patting dry with kitchen paper. Heat the oil in a large frying pan, over a high heat. Cook the steaks to your liking following the recommended times.
Rare: 1-2 minutes per side, rest for 6 minutes
Medium: 3 minutes per side, rest for 4 minutes
Well Done: 4-5 minutes per side, rest for 1 minute
Remove from the pan, cover with foil and leave to rest in a warm place for the recommended time.
