Lasagne
Cooking guidelines: this product is not suitable for microwave cooking.

Remove film and place the Lasagne in its tray on a baking tray.

Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / fan 190°C / gas 6 until piping hot for:

From defrosted: 30-35 minutes
From frozen: 50-55 minutes

Remove from the oven and allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Serving suggestion: serve hot with fresh bread and crunchy salads or sprinkle with fresh basil leaves and grated Parmesan.
Red Chilli Meatball Pasta Bake
Oven: Pierce film and cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / fan 180°C / gas 6

from frozen: 50-55 minutes
from defrosted: 30-35 minutes.

Remove film lid and return to oven for a further 5 minutes.

Cooking appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.
Chicken Tikka Masala
Microwave: based on 800 watt.

Pierce film and cook for 5 minutes.

Carefully stir product, replace film and cook for a further

from frozen: 4 minutes
from defrosted: 2 minutes.

Stir before serving.

ON THE HOB: Defrost in fridge overnight.

Remove film and empty the contents of the tray into a saucepan.

Heat gently, stirring occasionally, until piping hot.

Basmati Rice
For best results: cook from frozen in the microwave.

Pierce the pouch and heat in an 800 watt microwave from frozen for 2¾ minutes.

Alternatively, empty the frozen contents of the Basmati rice bag into a large pan of boiling water and boil for two and half minutes.

Strain the rice through a sieve, fluff with a fork and serve.
Linguine Carbonara
Microwave: based on 800 watt.

Pierce film and cook

from frozen: heat for 6 minutes, stir, heat for further 3 minutes
from defrosted: heat for 3 minutes, stir, heat for a further 2 minutes.

Stand for 1 minute before serving.

Oven: pierce film and place tray onto a baking tray.

Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / fan 180°C / gas 6 until piping hot

from frozen: 45-50 minutes
from defrosted: 25-30 minutes.

Stand for 1 minute before serving.
Chicken & Ham Risotto
MICROWAVE: Based on 800W. Pierce film and cook:

From Frozen: 6-7 minutes
From Defrosted: 2-3 minutes

Half way through cooking time, lift film carefully and stir once. Continue to heat until piping hot. Stir again before serving.

OVEN: Pierce film and place the risotto in its tray on a baking tray.

Cook in a preheated oven at 190°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 4 until piping hot:

From Frozen: 30-35 minutes
From Defrosted: 20-25 minutes

Remove from oven and stir before serving. Garnish with a few rocket or basil leaves and parmesan shavings.

Remove film lid and place the Moussaka in its tray on a baking tray.

Vegetable Lasagne
Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Remove film lid and place the Lasagne in its tray onto a baking tray.
