A thick fillet of juicy haddock, locally landed from the North Sea and coated with a crispy, golden breadcrumbs. Delicious with a squeeze of lemon and a homemade tartare sauce.

Cooking guidelines from frozen. Remove all packaging

Oven: preheat the oven with a baking tray to 200°C fan / gas 7.
Place the fish onto the pre-heated baking tray and cook in the centre of the pre-heated oven for 20 - 22 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve immediately

Deep fry: preheat the oil to 180°C and cook for 5-7 minutes until thoroughly cooked
