Venison - Winter

Genuinely wild, Scottish venison, from the hills of Aberdeenshire and the Scottish Highlands and Islands. Very lean with a deep, rich flavour, our red and roe deer venison makes a great, flavourful meat for winter - try it as an interesting alternative to beef in your recipes. We recommend serving it cooked no more than medium to best enjoy its natural qualities.
