Smoked Fish - Winter

Our gourmet smoked fish are all caught, prepared and smoked in Scotland, and include some real local specialities of Aberdeenshire. Traditional methods are used for an authentic fine flavour. For example, our cold smoked salmon is smoked over beechwood, including chips from the 'The Macallan' distillery in Speyside, and our hot smoked salmon comes from the oldest fish smokehouse in Scotland. Have you tried our Smoked Haddock - enjoy it as a warming winter lunch or supper with a poached egg - delicious!
