Oily Fish

Oily fish like salmon, herring and mackerel can help keep your heart healthy, because they contain Omega 3. Fish oils can also have an anti-inflammatory effect on the joints and support good brain function and mood. In fact the government recommends at least one meal a week should contain oily fish. Ours taste fantastic, so following their advice shouldn’t be difficult!
