Pre-heat oven to 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 4. Brush sheets of foil with a little oil and place any vegetables or other ingredients in the centre of the sheet. Place the fish fillets on top and sprinkle with herbs, spices or seasonings. Fold the foil into parcels so that the fish is tightly enclosed. Double fold the long side, then double fold each end. Use a rolling pin to press each end to ensure it is completely sealed. Carefully place the parcels in the middle of the pre heated oven, directly onto the oven shelf. Place a tray below to catch any drips if necessary. Cook for approximately 15-18 minutes, depending on type of fish and thickness of the portion.

very good service and excellent value.
Haven't eaten this batch yet, but previous ones were excellent
Each fillet was an excellent and moist piece of fish.
Far too expensive for what it was. Small and tasteless.
Sorry but I thought this was a meaty fish. It was a flat as a pancake but also the taste was poor as if the flavour had been frozen out! Sorry not a fan of this halibut 🙃 Thanks for your comment.

Great quality not the cheapest but worth it
have ordered and will do so again
Really is a treat
Oh what a treat
First had halibut in a restaurant over 30 years ago which was delicious. I have never seen it on sale in the local shops so this was only the second time that I have tried it. It was good but I was expecting something a little better. Maybe some help is needed regarding the cooking?
