Match our tempting lamb shoulder with some flavour additions to truly impress. How about garlic and thyme or lemon and rosemary to enhance those big lamb flavours, delicious.
Our lamb is raised on open pasture and traditional hill farms throughout the UK, for the best natural flavour.
Defrost in fridge overnight. Remove meat from packaging.
Preheat oven to 180°C/Gas 4. Brush oil directly onto meat and season with salt, pepper and garlic.
Place on a baking tray then into oven and cook for 50-60 minutes.
Remove from oven, cover with foil and allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
