Venison Fillet Strips
- Thin strips of venison that pan fry in a couple of minutes
- The meat of wild Scottish venison for supreme flavour
- Trimmed and sliced by our master butchers

For best results, defrost fully for a min of 7 hours. Remove all packaging and gently pat dry. Heat a heavy based frying pan, to a medium high heat add a small amount of oil, add the strips and quickly seal all over by mixing gently in the pan for 1-2 mins, finish with a knob of butter, then tip out onto a warm plate and rest briefly. Leave to rest for 1-2 Minutes. Serve immediately. Do not reheat once cooked.
