For best results cook from frozen in the microwave.

Microwave: Based on 800 watt. Do not pierce the film. Cook until piping hot:

From frozen: 6-8 minutes
From defrosted: 3-4 minutes

Stir before serving.

Oven: Do not pierce film. Place tray onto a baking tray. Cook in preheated oven at 200°C/ Fan 180°C/ Gas 6 until piping hot for:

From frozen: 30-35 minutes
From defrosted: 18-20 minutes

Stir before serving.

Please note:
Do not reheat once cooked.

Serving suggestion:
Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle over a little grated Parmigiana Reggiano and fresh chopped parsley

Really pleased another vegetarian meal has been introduced for a specialist meat Company. More please!!!
Very tasty but I find the risotto portions on the small size for a main meal and as with the mushroom risotto I end up cooking two of them and having them together
Eaten with some grilled chicken. Oversized pieces of onion, not enough vegetables.
Perfect, why make your own?
Absolutely delicious. Loads of flavour. Great when you want a quick tasty snack or when you fancy them for dinner. Cant believe the amount of flavour in such a simple dish. Will definitely be a part of my regular order
