Mini Marmalade Galze Baked Ham

Serving Suggestion: Since this ham has already been cured and cooked, you can eat it as soon as it has fully defrosted. We recommend enjoying it cold, served as part of a buffet spread or family meal.
However you may wish to refresh the marmalade glaze on the ham. To do this, pop it an oven at 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 4 for 3-5 minutes or until the glaze has melted a little and is nicely coloured and looks freshly glossed.
If you wish to serve the ham hot, slice and sparingly layer the slices in a deep baking tray, heating with 125ml of stock, cider, wine or water to keep it moist, cover and heat in oven at 170°C / Fan 150°C / Gas 3 for 5-10 minutes or until heated through.

Mini Artisan Sausage Rolls

From Defrosted: Defrost in fridge overnight. Carefully remove all packaging and place Sausage rolls on a baking tray, lined with baking paper. Space out generously and brush pastry with beaten egg yolk or double cream. Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / Fan 400°C / Gas 6 for 23-25 minutes until golden brown.

From Frozen: Carefully remove all packaging and place Sausage rolls on a baking tray, lined with baking paper. Space out generously and brush pastry with beaten egg yolk or double cream. Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / 190°C / Gas 6 for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Tip from a review : Do spread them well on the baking tray, they grow!

Mini Ham Croissants

FROM FROZEN: Remove all outer packaging. Place on a non-stick baking tray. Set aside for 20 minutes at room temperature prior to baking. Brush with beaten egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5 for 18-22 minutes. Take out and leave to rest for at least 5 minutes before serving to allow filling to cool down. Handle carefully to prevent burning.

Canapé Quiches

For best results, cook from frozen. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 6. Carefully take the canape quiches from the box and remove the plastic wrapping. Remove the canape quiches from the black packing tray and place on a baking tray. Put the baking tray in the pre-heated oven and re-heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven, leave a moment to cool down and serve.
Please be aware that these re-heating instructions are only intended as a guideline and times may vary depending on your oven.

Pork Chipolata Sausages

Remove all packaging. Separate the sausages using scissors. Do not prick sausages.
Combination of par-boiling and frying, BBQ or grilling: Add the sausages to simmering water

From Defrosted:10 minutes
From Frozen: 20 minutes.

Drain, pat dry, brush all over with oil and fry, bbq or grill for 5-8 minutes.

Alternatively:
Pan Fry:Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Cook on a medium heat 18-20 minutes from defrosted. Turning occasionally.
BBQ: 18-20 minutes from defrosted. Turn regularly to avoid charring.
Grill: Pre-heat grill to medium. Place sausages on grill rack for 14-18 minutes from defrosted. Turn occasionally.

This product must be cooked thoroughly prior to consumption.

Crème Cheese & Herb Potato Rösti Bites

For best results, cook from frozen. Remove product from packaging before cooking.

PAN FRY: Preheat a little oil in a pan over a medium heat, place rosti carefully in the pan, cook for 4-5 minutes until crisp, turning once or twice during cooking.
OVEN: Place rostis on a tray lined with baking paper and cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 5 for 15-18 minutes.

Crispy Seasoned Beeg Burger Bites

From Frozen: Carefully remove all packaging and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Carefully brush all over with a little oil. Cook in a pre-heated oven at 200°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 6 for 18-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving.

From Defrosted: Defrost in fridge overnight. Carefully remove all packaging. Heat sufficient oil in a frying pan to a medium heat. Fry the product for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
