What can I say, EXCELLENT Service, from delivery, packing and the meat. The service is second to none. Over the moon. Certainly will not be the last time I order. By the way, to the person who has written about the seasoning not being in the pack, check the icepacks. Mine was not in the 'meat box' but put separately.near the icepacks.

placed order on thursday goods delivered monday. followed company instruction on defrosting and cooking sat down with my daughter who is ten and cooked us two ribeye steaks and wow these steaks have been the best i have ever tasted not like the cheap pub steaks that you have to chew for half an hour these are melt in the mouth i have steak knifes but did not have to use them this meat was that tender even my daughter who is not a great meat fan cleared her plate thanks will call again By andrew - 4th Jul 2012
