Tomato Salsa

Mix all the ingredients together and season to taste. Set aside for 20 minutes to allow all of the flavours to develop.

Ingredients

400g Tomatoes (cored & cut into small cubes)
1 Red Onion
4 sprigs of Basil (finely chopped)
1 clove of Garlic
500ml Olive Oil
10-20ml White Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp Brown Sugar
Salt and Pepper
