Storage Conditions: Store at < -18ºC (Supplied frozen)
Recommended Shelf Life once defrosted: Store between 0 - 5ºC. Use within 24 hours
For best results, cook The Fish Pies from frozen & the Fish Cakes from chilled

THE Fish Cakes (from defrosted):
Defrost thoroughly in the fridge overnight.
Heat sufficient vegetable oil in a frying pan to a medium heat.
Fry for 4-6mins on each side until golden brown, adding more oil if necessary.

THE Fish Cakes (from frozen):
Preheat oven to 200ºC/400ºF/Gas 6.
Remove packaging and place product on a lined baking tray.
Brush both sides with a little vegetable oil and cook for 35-40 mins.

THE Fish Pie (from frozen):
Remove all packaging. Place the product on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 200ºC/400ºF/Gas 6 for 40-45 minutes. Ensure the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
THE Fish Pie Contains: Fish, Crustaceans, Milk, Mustard, Celery, Wheat and Gluten.

THE Fish Pie

Ingredients: Haddock(33%), potato (30%), cream(9%), prawns (8%), water, butter (3%), white wine (2%)(with antioxidant: sulphur dioxide), onions, modified waxy maize starch, vegetable bouillon (sea salt, potato starch, yeast extract, palm oil, celery, onion, maltodextrin, sugar, herbs, spices), wheat flour, salt, mustard powder, white pepper, dill, paprika.

Energy values 461 Kj, 111kcal, Protein 8.8g Carbohydrates 5.8g of which are sugars 0.7g, Fat 5.4g of which saturates 3.3g, Fibre 1g, Salt 0.6g

Smoked Haddock (29%) [haddock, salt, colours: tumeric, annatto],potato (25%), Haddock (14%), Salmon (14%), spring onions (8%), breadcrumbs (4%), [wheat flour, dextrose, salt], butter, lemon juice concentrate, salt, parsley,white pepper.
