Recommended Shelf Life once defrosted: Store between 0 - 5ºC - Use within 48 hours
Do not reheat once cooked.
Contains: Fish, wheat, gluten and milk.
Warning: Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some small bones may remain
Cooking Guidelines:

We recommend cooking from chilled.
Defrost thoroughly in the fridge overnight.
Heat sufficient vegetable oil in a frying pan to a medium heat.
Fry for 4-6mins on each side until golden brown, adding more oil if necessary.

But you can also cook from frozen.
Preheat oven to 200ºC/400ºF/Gas 6.
Remove packaging and place product on a lined baking tray.
Brush both sides with a little vegetable oil and cook for 35-40 mins.

Smoked Haddock (29%) [haddock, salt, colours: tumeric, annatto],potato (25%), Haddock (14%), Salmon (14%), spring onions (8%), breadcrumbs (4%),[wheat flour, dextrose, salt], butter, lemon juice concentrate, salt, parsley,white pepper.

Received these in one of your selections.My husband and I had them for dinner. I will b e ordering more. the taste was delicious and one was more than enough. i followed your instructions and did mine in the oven, not too keen on frying. I only use rapeseed oil (canola in the US) so had the full taste of only the fishcake. It was full of flavour and fish, and my husband is a fussy eater, he loved it. well done donald russell. been buying from you for a while now and never been disappointed , thank you

I found these fish cakes to be fantastic quality. The mix of fish and potato was just right and the flavours were wonderful. An easy meal made beautiful!
