Ingredients

  • 200g mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp cornichons, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp capers, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • Juice of ½ lemon

Tartare Sauce

Instructions

Perfect with THE Fish Cakes or Cider Battered Haddock

Simply mix all the ingredients together, and enjoy!
