Tarragon Butter

An easy accompaniment to any steak cut

Ingredients

50g unsalted Butter (softened)
1-2 tsp chopped fresh Tarragon
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
½ tsp freshly ground Black Pepper

Tarragon Butter

Instructions

Mash the Tarragon, Mustard and Pepper into the butter and form into a roll. Chill in the fridge until ready to serve your steaks, then top each with a slice of flavoured butter and season to taste.
