Ingredients
Lamb (55%), pork (25%), EGG (9%), rice flakes (7%), seasoning [salt, sugar, paprika, demerara sugar, cumin, garlic, white pepper, cayenne, nutmeg, cassia, clove, marjoram, thyme, rosemary, black pepper, yeast extract, sunflower oil, paprika extract], salt, black pepper, preservative: sodium METABISULPHITE, dried marjoram

Defrost koftas in their packaging for 6-12 hours in the refrigerator. Ensure product is thoroughly defrosted before cooking.

Remove product from packaging, pre-heat a frying/griddle pan. Add a little oil to the pan or brush directly onto the koftas

Place koftas into the pan and cook for 10-12 minutes on a medium heat, turn, regularly, remove from pan.

Place on a rack, cover with foil and allow to rest for 5 mionutes before serving
