Spiced Chicken Burgers

Lean and healthy burgers, with a tasty little kick!

Ingredients

800g Chicken Mince
2 tbsp. Parsley, chopped
2g Chili Powder
2g Ground Nutmeg
1 Egg, beaten
Salt, Pepper
2 tbsp. Olive Oil

Spiced Chicken Burgers

Instructions

Place the mince with the parsley, chili, nutmeg and egg into a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Mix well, shape into eight burgers and chill for 30 minutes before cooking.

To serve heat up the oil in a large frying pan to medium heat. Sear of the burgers for about 4 minutes per side until cooked through and golden brown.

Transfer onto a warm plate and leave to rest for 5 minutes.

Serve in a bun with tomato slices, onion and coleslaw and chips.
