Heat the butter in a casserole dish and fry the onions until brown. Add the tomato, and fry for a further 2 minutes.
Add the minced steak, stir well and brown for 2 minutes, then add the salt, pepper and stock. Cover and cook gently for one hour.
Add all the fruit (excluding the raisins), and potatoes, and cook for approximately 30 minutes until the potatoes are tender. Just before serving, add the raisins and stir through.
