Honey Roast Salmon Fillets

Defrost in the fridge overnight. Remove packaging. Can be eaten hot or cold.
Preheat oven to 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 4. Wrap salmon in tin foil or baking parchment and place on baking tray. Cook for 8-12 minutes until heated throughout.

Smoked Peppered Mackerel Fillet

Defrost in fridge overnight. Remove packaging and place on a baking tray. Preheat grill to a low heat and cook for 3 mins on each side. Season to taste.
