You cant beat this for bacon sandwiches or to layer the turkey. The way it cooks is amazing. Because the bacon is dry cured (rather than the modern wet-curing) the rashers don’t shrink in the pan – what you pay for is what you get!

Made from the best pork middles of outdoor reared pigs, the bacon is cured by hand-rubbing with curing salts, then matured for up to two weeks and lightly smoked over beech wood. Crisp, dry and unsalty, it has the perfect ratio of fat to lean.

Defrost thoroughly before cooking in a refrigerator. Heat ½ tbsp oil in a frying pan on a medium heat. Remove packaging, add rashers to the pan and fry until cooked through, turning halfway.
