lamb shoulder (96%), yeast extract, cornflour, sugar, spices (chilli, cumin, black pepper), salt, garlic powder, tomato powder, red pepper, herbs (parsley, oregano, sage), wheat flour (WHEAT, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine).

Remove all packaging and place skin side up, along with all fat and liquid from bag, into an ovenproof dish.
cover with foil. Cook in a preheated oven at 200ºC/ Fan 190ºC/ Gas 6 for:
From defrosted: 25-30 minutes
From frozen: 45-50 minutes
Remove the foil and heat for a further 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Stil gravy thorugh befor serving.
Ensure the product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked.
Once cooked, the juices may be very concentrated and highly flavoured. To use as a gravy, dilute or reduce to taste with water, light stock or wine.
