I used these for dinner for guests as I wanted to try something different. Normally I would cook something like this myself but I had to plan ahead because of building constraints! Everyone agreed they were lovely. However, I personally found them tasty but the pork nearer the bone was a little dry for me and definitely needed the sauce..This is only my feeling as everyone said how moist they were. The madeira sauce was lovely and of course there was plenty.|
