Keep frozen at -18ºC. Defrost for 12 hours in the fridge, store below 5ºC once defrosted and use within 24 hours.

Ingredients:
Pork cheeks (71%), sugar, fennel, salt, garlic, maize starch, rosemary, black pepper, thyme, sage, red wine sauce (26%) water, red wine (SULPHITES), beef stock (beef stock, water, sunflower oil), tomato puree, molasses, butter concentrate (MILK), maize starch, red wine vinegar (water, red wine), parsley, beet sugar, black pepper.

Nutritional Values: (typical per 100g):
Energy: 449 kJ / 107 kcal, Fat: 3.3g of which saturates: 1.2g, Carbohydrates: 2.1g of which are sugars 2.0g, Fibre: 0.5g, Protein: 17.2g, Salt: 0.3g.
Cooking Instructions: Allow product to sit at room temp. for 10 mins (frozen or defrosted). Remove packaging, set aside separate sauce sachet, and empty all other contents into a heatproof dish, separating out the pieces of meat.

Oven: Preheat to 200°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 6 and heat uncovered for:
40-45 mins from frozen 30-35 mins from defrosted

Microwave: Based on 850W. Loosely cover and heat for:
7-8 mins from frozen 3-4 mins from defrosted
Remove from oven or microwave and drain cooking liquor. Pour sauce from sachet evenly over the meat. Return to heat for a further:

Oven: 5-8 mins Microwave: 3 mins

Before serving, ensure meat is piping hot throughout.
For best results, we recommend heating in the oven from frozen.

Do not reheat.

Really enjoyed the succulence of the meat- haven't tried pork cheeks before, but surprisingly good. Served with creamy mash.

Excellent - tasty, tender, plenty of meal and labour saving as slow cooked. One pack is sufficient for 2 people but had a delicious Sunday lunch with a whole pack each.... decadent but worth it!

Instructions on the pork did not mention the sauce whilst the web said to throw away the liquor......very muddled.Tasted ok but not as wonderful as they should have been
