Keep frozen at -18ºC. Defrost for 12 hours in the fridge, store below 5ºC once defrosted and use within 24 hours.

Cooking Instructions: Allow product to sit at room temp. for 10 mins (frozen or defrosted). Remove packaging, emptying full contents into a heatproof dish, placing chicken skin side up.

Oven: Preheat to 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7 and heat, covered with foil, for:
25-30 mins from frozen 15-20 mins from defrosted
Discard foil and cook uncovered for a further 20 mins

Microwave: Based on 850W. Loosely cover and heat for:
17-18 mins from frozen 10-11 mins from defrosted

Stir/baste halfway through cooking time (either method).
Before serving, ensure meat is piping hot throughout and stir sauce.
For best results, we recommend heating in the oven from frozen.

Before serving, ensure meat is piping hot throughout. Any concentrated cooking juices can be diluted or reduced to taste with water, stock or wine for a gravy.
