Frozen at the peak of perfection
Keep in original packaging at -18ºC or below.
Do not refreeze once defrosted.
Keep in original packaging and thaw slowly in a refrigerator.
Once defrosted store between 0-5ºC and use within 24 hours.
Ingredients: Turkey Crown (74%), Water, Orange Juice from Concentrate, Roasted Chicken Stock (Roast Chicken, Chicken Fat, Yeast Extract, Glucose Syrup, Maltodextrin, Natural Flavouring, Salt, Sugar, Concentrated Chicken Extract, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Dried Onion), Chicken Bouillon (Maltodextrin, Salt, Yeast Extract (Yeast Extract Salt), Sugar, Chicken Fat, Natural Flavouring, Spices (Rosemary, Turmeric, Garlic, Nutmeg), Parsnip, Caramelised Sugar), White Wine Vinegar, Corn Flour, Tomato Puree, Natural Onion Stock (Onion Extracts, Black Treacle, Sugar, Water), Yeast Extract (Yeast Extract, Salt), Caramel Powder, WHEAT Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Salt, Sunflower Oil, Black Pepper, Ground Nutmeg, Sage.

Leave the product for 20 minutes at room temperature in its bag prior to roasting.
Remove all packaging and place skin side up, with all the gravy into a roasting tin.
Cook in a preheated oven at 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7 for:

45 - 50 minutes from defrosted
60 - 65 minutes from frozen

Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
Ensure the product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked.

Chef's Tip:. If you want to give your gravy an extra hint of Christmas, add a cinnamon stick, star anise, cranberries, clementine zest or a dash of port wine.
