Lamb (65%), Minted Gravy Paste (Water, Sugar, Brown Malt Vinegar (BARLEY), Cornflour, Salt, Tomato Paste, Mint, Onion, Plain Caramel, Garlic Puree, Lamb Stock (Water, Lamb Bones, Lamb Meat, Lamb Fat, Tomato Paste, Carrot, Onion, Thyme), Dried Onion), Rosemary.

For best results, cook from frozen.

Allow the lamb shoulder to sit in its bag at room temperature for 10 minutes prior to roasting, whether frozen or defrosted. Remove lamb shoulder from packaging and place, along with all liquid from bag, into an ovenproof dish.

Cook in a preheated oven at 220ºC/200ºC Fan/Gas Mark 7 for:

From frozen: 45 – 50 minutes
From defrosted: 35 – 40 minutes

Stir/baste half way through cooking. Stir Gravy thoroughly before serving.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout.
Do not reheat once cooked.
