Half Chicken with Lemon & Herbs

Cooking Instructions: Allow product to sit at room temp. for 10 mins (frozen or defrosted). Remove packaging, emptying full contents into a heatproof dish, placing chicken skin side up.

Oven: Preheat to 200°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 6 and heat uncovered for:
50-55 mins from frozen 35-40 mins from defrosted

Microwave: Based on 850W. Loosely cover and heat for:

Wonderful. I've only had the chicken in lemon and herbs up to now, but I went exactly by the instructions on the pack, taking it out of the freezer and letting it rest for 10 mins. while the oven got up to temperature, and put it on the middle shelf for the 55 mins. as instructed.
