We have reached new levels of succulence with these juicy, tender slow cooked chicken dishes. A whole crown in a savoury gravy, enhanced with sage and real chicken stock. Half a chicken in a beautifully tangy lemon and herb sauce, and drumsticks and thighs in a sweet, sticky glaze.

Chicken with Lemon & Herbs


Cooking Instructions: Allow product to sit at room temp. for 10 mins (frozen or defrosted). Remove packaging, emptying full contents into a heatproof dish, placing chicken skin side up.

Oven: Preheat to 200°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 6 and heat uncovered for:
50-55 mins from frozen 35-40 mins from defrosted

Microwave: Based on 850W. Loosely cover and heat for:
13-14 mins from frozen 7-8 mins from defrosted

Stir/baste halfway through cooking time (either method).
Before serving, ensure meat is piping hot throughout. Any concentrated cooking juices can be diluted or reduced to taste with water, stock or wine for a gravy.
For best results, we recommend heating in the oven from frozen.

Do not reheat.


Chicken Crown in Gravy

Cooking Instructions: Allow product to sit at room temp. for 10 mins (frozen or defrosted). Remove packaging, emptying full contents into a heatproof dish, placing chicken skin side up.

Oven: Preheat to 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7 and heat, covered with foil, for:
25-30 mins from frozen 15-20 mins from defrosted
Discard foil and cook uncovered for a further 20 mins

Microwave: Based on 850W. Loosely cover and heat for:
17-18 mins from frozen 10-11 mins from defrosted

Stir/baste halfway through cooking time (either method).
Before serving, ensure meat is piping hot throughout and stir sauce.
For best results, we recommend heating in the oven from frozen.

Do not reheat.


Chicken Drums & Thighs

Cooking Instructions: Allow product to sit at room temp. for 10 mins (frozen or defrosted). Remove packaging, emptying full contents into a heatproof dish. Separate into individual pieces and place skin side up.

Oven: Preheat to 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7 and heat uncovered for:
45-50 mins from frozen 35-40 mins from defrosted

Microwave: Based on 850W. Loosely cover and heat for:
12-13 mins from frozen 7-8 mins from defrosted

Baste halfway through cooking (either method), keeping pieces separate.
Before serving, ensure meat is piping hot throughout.
For best results, we recommend heating in the oven from frozen.

Do not reheat.
