Storage: Keep frozen at -18ºC or below. Can be cooked from frozen.

Defrost: 24 hours in fridge. Store below 5C once defrosted. Use within 24 hours.
Ingredients: Lamb (96.15%), Olive Oil, Salt, Garlic Puree, Dried Mint, Ground Black Pepper.

Leave product for 20 minutes at room temperature in the packaging.
Remove the packaging, place product along with all the fat and liquid onto
a baking tray.
Cook in pre-heated oven at 190ºC/Fan 180ºC/Gas 5 for:

55-60 minutres from defrosted
70-75 minutes from frozen

Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout.
Do no re-heat once cooked.

Chef's TipOnce cooked, the juices will be very concentrated & highly flavoured. To use as a gravy, dilute with water, light stock or wine.
