Slow Cooked Beef Casserole

Reheating Instructions from frozen/defrosted
Oven: Pierce the film and cook in a preheated oven at 160ºC/325ºF/Gas3 for 25-30 minutes from defrosted or 30-35 minutes from frozen.

Microwave: Based on 800 watt. Pierce the film and cook for 4 minutes from defrosted or 8 minutes from frozen. Decrease cooking time for ovens with higher wattage.

Stove top: From defrosted only. Remove film from tray and empty the contents into a sauce pan. Heat gently, stirring occasionally, ensure the product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked.

Buttery Mashed Potato

Cooking Guidelines: For best results, cook from frozen in microwave.
Microwave: Based on 800 Watt
Pierce the film lid and cook for:

From Frozen: 4-5 minutes
From Defrosted: 3-4 minutes

until piping hot, stir before serving.

Oven: Pierce film lid and place product tray onto a baking tray.
Cook in a preheated oven at 200ºC/Fan 190ºC/Gas 5 for:

From Frozen: 25-30 minutes
From Defrosted: 15-20 minutes

until piping hot, stir before serving.

Portion size rather small
Beef is so tender and the mash is great.
beef was not very tender and the pieces were too big
