Ingredients: Beef Cheeks (38%), Vegetables (23%) (Parsnips, Onions, Carrots), Water, Port Wine (Preservative (SULPHITES)) (14%), Beef Glaze (Concentrated Juice of Beef (Meat, Concentrate & Fat (73%)), Corn Starch, Beet Sugar, Salt, Tomato Puree, Onion Concentrate), Balsamic Vinegar (Red Wine Vinegar, Cooked Grape Must), Sunflower Oil, Modified Maize Starch, Seagreen Salt, BARLEY Malt Extract.

Slow Cooked Beef, in Port & Balsamic:

For best results, cook from frozen. Allow the Slow Cooked Beef in Port & Balsamic to sit in the bag at room temperature for 10 minutes prior to heating, whether frozen or defrosted.

Oven: Tip the bag into an ovenproof dish along with all liquid.
Cook in a preheated oven at 180ºC / Fan 160°C / Gas 4 for:
From Frozen: 40 - 45 minutes
From Defrosted: 30 - 35 minutes
Stir/baste half way through cooking.

Microwave: Based on 800W. Tip the bag into a microwave-safe dish, cover and cook
From Frozen: 6-7 minutes
From Defrosted: 2-3 minutes
Half way through cooking time, remove cover carefully and stir once. Re-cover and continue to heat until piping hot. Stir again before serving.

Hob: Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Tip the bag into a saucepan. Heat gently, stirring occasionally, until piping hot. Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.

Roasted New Potatoes, Fennel & Red Onions:

For best results cook from frozen in the oven.

Oven: Remove film and place tray onto a baking tray. Cook in preheated oven at 210ºC / Fan 200ºC / Gas 7 until piping hot for:
From Frozen: 30-35 minutes
From Defrosted: 22-25 minutes
Stir before serving.

Microwave: Based on 800 watt. Pierce film and cook until piping hot:
From Frozen: 4 - 5 minutes
From Defrosted: 3 - 4 minutes
Stir before serving.

Please Note: Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. Serving Suggestion: Serve hot as a side dish to your favourite roasted meat or steak cut.

Honey Roast Parsnips:
