Recommended Shelf Life once defrosted: Store between 0 - 5ºC - Use within 48 hours

To serve cold: Defrost overnight in the fridge. Slice thinly and serve as cold cuts. Or for a New York deli-style sandwich, pile onto rye bread, with Dijon mustard and sliced dill pickle.To serve hot: Defrost overnight in the fridge, put the defrosted meat in a casserole dish, along with juices from the bag to keep it moist, cover and heat in the oven at

160ºC/Fan 150ºC/Gas 3 for 30-35 minutes.

Or slice and sparingly layer the slices in deep baking tray, heat in the same way as for the whole Salt Beef, but for 10-15 minutes until heated through.
