Ingredients:
Salmon (46%) (FISH), Butter Puff Pastry (WHEAT Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Water, Margarine (Vegetable oil, Water, Salt), Butter (MILK), Salt). Rice Stuffing (Basmati Rice, Wild Rice, Full Fat Soft Cheese (MILK), Spinach, Lemon Juice from Concentrate, Lemon Zest, Salt, Black Pepper, Ground Nutmeg).

Energy: 1061 kJ / 264 kcal, Fat: 16.6g, of which Saturates: 5.9g, Carbohydrates: 18.7g, of which Sugars: 0.6g, Fibre: 0.7g, Protein: 12.1g, Salt: 0.5g
For best results we recommend to cook the product from frozen. Carefully remove en-croûte from packaging, leaving on baking paper only. Preheat oven to 200°C / Gas 6 along with a baking tray. Brush pastry with beaten or egg yolk or alternatively with double cream. Place the En Croute onto the pre-heated baking tray and cook for:

60-65 minutes from frozen
45-50 minutes from defrosted

Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes. To serve carefully lift the En-Croûte from baking paper and carve into 2-3cm slices. Ensure the product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked. All times and temperatures stated are for fan ovens; if using a conventional oven the temperature must be increased by 10-20°C.

It was an interesting way to serve salmon, though I found the pastry seemed to take some tenderness and taste away from the fish.

A bit disappointing, had a lot of pastry folds at the ends, otherwise the salmon was enjoyable, not sure about the other ingredient on top of the salmon though, what was it? Thanks for your comment.

Very tasty but too much rice making it slightly on the dry side.
I offset this with the wild mushroom cream sauce recipe provided by DR.
