Ingredients:
Salmon (FISH) (45%), Puff Pastry (41%) (WHEAT Flour (with added Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Margarine (Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil, Water, Salt), Water, Butter (MILK), Salt), Rice Stuffing (14%) (Cooked Basmati and Wild Rice, Full Fat Soft Cheese (MILK), Spinach, Lemon Juice (from concentrate), Lemon Zest, Salt, Black Pepper, Nutmeg).

Energy: 1158 kJ / 278 kcal, Fat: 16.3g, of which Saturates: 6.4g, Carbohydrates: 20.8g, of which Sugars: 1.7g, Fibre: 1g, Protein: 12.5g, Salt: 0.5g
For best results we recommend to cook the product from frozen. Carefully remove en-croûte from packaging, leaving on baking paper only. Preheat oven to 200°C / Gas 6 along with a baking tray. Brush pastry with beaten or egg yolk or alternatively with double cream. Place the En Croute onto the pre-heated baking tray and cook for:

35-40 minutes from frozen
15-18 minutes from defrosted

Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes. To serve carefully lift the En-Croûte from baking paper and carve into 2-3cm slices. Ensure the product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked. All times and temperatures stated are for fan ovens; if using a conventional oven the temperature must be increased by 10-20°C.

Didn’t read instructions carefully enough and defrosted. Followed instructions for defrosted, but needed more/hotter to brown. Lovely thereafter, and generous size. Will try from frozen as advised next time.

Oh, my it was fantastic, such a large piece of salmon, I had half and half the next with some left for my elderly cat, not keen of the the topping, but otherwisw I will be ordering it again, I highly recommend this product, oh, yummy yum yum

in a word "superb" The Salmon itself was cooked to perfection and the en croute itself did not overwhelm it. Will certainly be buying more of this.
