Our continental style Pavé Rump Steaks and Medallions are cut from one muscle of our 35 day matured rump, so are the most tender rump steaks around! The best offcuts of our other steaks and beef roasts are put to good use by our butchers, when making our Minced Steak. It packs a lot of flavour, so a little goes a long way. We use the same flavourful mince when making our Classic and Mini Steak Burgers, adding nothing whatsoever, so you get 100% beef steak to enjoy your way. And being butchers, we're proud of our hand made Pork Sausages, so have included a pack of those too!
