













| 4 Veal Loin Steaks |
| 1 clove Garlic |
| 2 tbsp Olive Oil |
| 2 tbsp Dry Sherry |
| 1 tbsp Soy Sauce |
| Black Pepper |



Rinse the Veal Loin Steaks under cold running water, pat dry with kitchen paper and place in a shallow dish. Crush the garlic and mix with the olive oil, dry sherry and soy sauce, pour over the steaks and season well with black pepper. Leave for 2 hours in the fridge to marinade.
Before cooking bring to room temperature and grill each side 5-6 minutes. Allow to rest for 5 minutes.
Serve with vegetable or potato salad
