













| 2 Honey Roast Salmon Fillets |
| 200ml full fat Crème Fraiche |
| Handful of Chives (snipped) |
| Squeeze Lemon Juice |
| Seasoning |
| 250g Tagliatelle (cooked) |



Flake the Fillets into large chunks and place in a sauce pan with the crème fraiche. Heat gently until hot then add the chives, lemon juice and seasoning.
Toss with the cooked tagliatelle and serve at once.
Serve with cherry tomato and rocket salad.
