







| 1 small Onion (chopped finely) |
| 450g Minced Steak |
| 1 tbsp Oil |
| 20g Plain Flour |
| 150ml Beef Stock |
| 1 tbsp Parsley (chopped) |
| Pinch of Marjoram or Lovage |
| 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce |
| 450g Potatoes (cooked and mashed with butter) |
| Salt and Pepper |



Preheat the oven to 180ºC/350ºF/Gas 4.
In a heavy-based ovenproof casserole pan, heat the oil and brown the onion and meat, stir in the flour and cook for 2 minutes. Add the stock and simmer for a further 2 minutes. Add the parsley, marjoram or lovage and worcestershire sauce. Season and cover with the mashed potatoes, marking the surface with a fork.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes until the potatoes are nicely browned on top.
Serve with glazed carrots and baby turnips
