









| 3-4 tbsp Olive Oil |
| 200 g Pork Mince |
| 1 tsp Ground Cumin |
| ½ tsp Chilli Flakes |
| 2 Limes (juice) |
| Pinch Sea Salt |
| 2 tbsp chopped Coriander |
| A handful each of Basil, Coriander, Parsley and Dill |



Heat 1-2 tbsp oil in a pan until very hot and add the pork with the spices and lime juice and fry for approximately 8 minutes until golden and crispy. Stir through the coriander and take off the heat. Mix together the herbs and drizzle with oil, place the salad on a plate and sprinkle over the pork. Serve with nacho chips and sour cream
