







| 200g Pork Mince |
| Pinch of Dried Oregano |
| Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper |
| 1 tbsp Olive Oil Apple Chutney: |
| 1 Apple (peeled, cored and chopped) |
| Pinch of Paprika |
| Pinch of Chilli Flakes |
| Pinch of Ground Cinnamon |
| 2 tbsp Caster Sugar |
| 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar |



Place the mince and oregano in a large bowl, season with salt and pepper and mix well. Divide the mixture in half and form into patties. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden-brown on all sides and completely cooked through; the internal temperature of the product should read a minimum of 70ºc.Remove the burgers and set aside to keep warm.
For the spiced apple chutney, place all the chutney ingredients into a small pan and cook over a low heat for 8-10 minutes, or until the apple has softened and the mixture has thickened.
Serve the meatballs with the chutney and boiled new potatoes.
