Preheat the oven to 200ºC/400ºF/Gas 6.
Place the sliced lemon in a small oven-proof dish and add the Halibut Fillets on top. Squeeze the lemon juice and drizzle the oil over the fish, season if desired.
Roast the Halibut in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until just done.
Alternatives: Wild Cod Fillets, Wild Rockfish Fillets
Serve with the pan juices and steamed Couscous.
