Half a red onion, finely diced
1 red pepper, finely diced
1 tsp grain mustard
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp beef stock
5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Mix everything together and season to taste with salt and pepper.
