The generous fillings have the same light, souffle-like texture as the smaller quiches, and the pastry is delicately thin. These individual quiches are ideal for a light main course. Serve them with a seasonal salad and perhaps some baby potatoes. Made using a Gluten free recipe

Quiche Lorraine 175g: Filling (68%): MILK, EGGS, cream (MILK), cooked smoked bacon (13.8%)(pork, salt, dextrose, acidifier: citric acid, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservative: sodium nitrate), Emmental cheese (MILK)(11%), Onions (5%) (onions, olive oil, salt, acidifier: citric acid), thickener: modified starch, salt, pepper.

For best results cook from frozen.

Preheat oven to 180º /Gas 6.

Carefully remove the frozen quiche from its clear packaging and aluminium tray, placing it directly onto a baking tray before putting it in the oven to reheat for 25-30 Minutes.

Remove from the oven and leave the quiches for a moment to cool down. This allows the filling to set and the pastry to crisp up before serving.
