Prawn Cocktail

Mix all sauce ingredients in bowl and season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice

Ingredients

600g Wild Large Atlantic Prawns
Crisp Salad Leaves (Cos, Iceberg or Romaine)
50g Gherkins (finely diced)
50g Red Pepper (finely diced)
1 Shallot (finely diced)
40g Mayonnaise
20g Sour Cream
20g Ketchup
1 tsp Sweet Ground Paprika
Salt, Pepper, Lemon juice

Prawn Cocktail

Instructions

Mix all sauce ingredients in bowl and season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Chill for 30 minutes.
To serve remove the defrosted Prawns from the pack and drain.
Arrange the salad leaves in glasses, arrange prawns on top and pour over sauce.

Optional garnish with lemon wedge and herbs.
