Pot Roasts - Introduction


Stefan, Donald Russell’s Head Chef, proudly gives this introduction to our new range of Pot Roasts which are made using well-marbled traditional humble cuts such as beef shoulder, pork shoulder, pork belly, and breast of lamb, with stuffings made from our premium Freedom Food pork. Specifically developed to be easy to cook and carve, these pot roasting joints are tied onto the bone for added flavour during their slow cooking, helping create a rich natural gravy.
